CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. What’s that mean? In simple terms, it means that CrossFit classes use movements that are part of everyday life to help you reach your fitness goals. This is not bodybuilding. It’s fitness for the real world. We do these movements at high intensity so that we can achieve results more efficiently. It’s also a ton of fun! Our coaches understand how to make CrossFit fun and accessible to ALL fitness levels. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
A popular saying is that “you can’t outwork a crummy diet.” We believe that’s true. Fitness is more about what you put in your mouth than what you do in the gym. We get it – eating healthy can seem daunting at times. It doesn’t have to be that way. All of our members receive a Nutrition Jump Start as part of our onboarding process. We also offer Nutrition Coaching for those who want to “level up” their nutrition game. Healthy eating is more about making small changes that can last a lifetime than about radical changes all at once. We are here to help you make those small changes that add up to huge results over time.
CrossFit Group Classes are our primary offering, and we believe that the group classes are the best avenue to lifelong fitness. Sometimes, Personal Training can be a valuable addition to your fitness journey. Whether you want some specific practice on certain movements or you need some one-on-one coaching to achieve a particular goal, we are here to help you reach the next level. We offer one-on-one personal training as a supplement to our standard CrossFit classes.
